I live in Syracuse, UT with my husband Jed and two beautiful daughters Cassie & Addison.  I was raised in Box Elder County where I graduated from Box Elder High School.  I attended Weber State University, the cosmetology program at Stacey’s and the real estate program at the Ogden Weber Applied Technology Center.  I have a strong customer service background and have been a hair stylist for 9 years.  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and horseback riding.  I am and avid reader and love to shop.

Born in Great Falls Montana. Attended schools in Conrad, Montana but graduated from high school in Grey Bull, Wyoming. I attended Northwest Community College in Powell, Wyoming.
I married a member of the Armed Services and traveled quite extensively. Places I have lived include Montana, Wyoming, Florida, Minnesota, Japan, North Dakota, North Carolina, England and Utah.

I just joined the Franklin Group North West Real Estate team.  I have been in customer service for 12 years.  I chose Real Estate because I love working with people.  I also wanted something I could do that would allow me to spend more time with my kids.  I love playing with my kids, camping, fishing, and singing.    My husband James and I have been married for 4 years we have two boys Dravin who is 7 and Hunter who is 16 Months.  I was born and raised in Ogden, but I now reside in Syracuse.

I have been building on 6 years of experience as a mortgage officer with Fidelity First Funding in North Ogden.  I am currently still working there and looking to get my Brokers License(PLM).  I've owned homes in this area since 1989.  I am a retired Police Officer, 20 years with Ogden City, I have received multiple decorations and community awards.  I was also a part of the US Navy Reserves for 18 years.  Veteran in the Global War on Terror(GWOT).  I chose Real Estate because I love working with people and working hard to build lasting business relationships.  I have a beautiful wife and 5 children.  I enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, gardening, and wood working.

John was born and raised in Australia and has worked and lived in the United Kingdom for over 15 years. Patsylee was born and raised in the United States. She was born in Missouri and has lived in more than half and has been in all 50 states.
John and Patsylee met in Newport, RI in 1965. He was with the Royal Australian Navy and Patsy was a member of the US Navy working in the War Collage there at the base.
Patsy has lived in Australia in Sydney, Ala daide and in Perth. When she returned to the US in 1975, she went into business management. John who remained in Australia worked his way up from a machinist to product acquirement and logistics management which led him to the United Kingdom. John and Patsylee decided after being divorced for 32 years we should remarry which we did in 2008. Leading us to Ogden, Utah and our exciting career in Real Estate.

I think my interest in real estate began long, long ago when my parents bought “fixer-uppers” and led me to 22 moves by the time I was seventeen years old and 9 moves since then as an adult on my own. This has also peeked my interest in renovation and learning what it takes to transform a “less than desirable” space into a place that you can call HOME. From my early beginnings in Southern California, to Utah, to Nebraska, to Utah, to Alaska, and yes…back to Utah again (this time for good) …I’ve learned the in’s and out’s of home ownership from first time buying to new construction, to renovations and everything in between. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty when it comes to hard work.
I’m a mother of three amazing children and have a wonderful and supportive husband that I have had the pleasure of working with for the past three years in his dental practice. I have learned many skills through transitioning an existing practice and starting another location from the ground up. This has also sparked a desire to pursue some aspects of commercial real estate. In my time away from work, I enjoy spending it with my family and friends. I love to travel and can’t wait to get back to Alaska for another fishing excursion. I enjoy design, mostly architectural. I love to move things around and organize and label everything. I have only been cross country skiing once, but can’t wait to take the time to go more often.

I was born and raised in Utah, and obsolutely love the mountains and the change of seasons. I am a single Mother of two sons who are both married to wonderful wives! I have one 4 year old grandson, and two 2 year old granddaughters, and one more granddaughter due Christmas 2008. They are the light of my life! I now live with a cocker spaniel and a dachshund, whom I spoil almost as much as my kids. I also host an extended family party every month at my home becuase I so enjoy parties and family. We are big game players as well. I used to snow ski and water ski, but becuase of my age have changed over to bowling and tap dancing (it's safer). I am an active member in my religion and am currectly over the children ages 3 to 12 and thoroughly enjoy it.

I am a REALTOR full time and have been since 2008. Prior to earning my Real Estate License I was a RE Investor and worked in corporate America for 20 years. After Spending over 20 years as a very successful Restaurant Franchisee with responsibility for 21 restaurants at one time, Randy decided to change careers and chose Real Estate.
In his first year in Real Estate he was honored as the "Rookie of the Year" from the Weber/North Davis Association of Realtors. His first closing was 20 days after getting his license. Randy has been honored as one of the top 10 associates in listing production in the ERA National system, and also as the Top Office Produser for Prudential Real Estate. He is a full time Associate Broker and enjoys the everyday business of selling real estate. Randy has been interviewed by national trainers and has insights and customer service ideas published in CD format to be used in the REPS (Real Estate Performance System) for agent training nationwide.
Randy is the author of several State Approved Continuing Education Courses. He is also a State Licensed Pre License Instructor for both sales agents and brokers. I have been enjoying a wonderful husband, raising two fabulous daughters, and taming three wild mini schnauzers. I have earned an Associate of Arts from Snow College, Bachelor Degree from UNLV, Master of Arts in Literature and Communication from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. I have had experience being an Instructor in compostion at Wright State University and continue to freelance for magazines and newspapers. My interests include leading a troop of Girl Scouts and looking for teaching opportunities, but my most selfish indulgence is writing.
