The Franklin Group was founded in 1993. Our company was built on a reputation of quality, professionalism, and enterprise, and still maintains that reputation today. Since then, our company has grown and prospered tremendously. We now have four convenient locations to serve you better - South Ogden, North Ogden, Morgan, and Kaysville.

Learning Institute
We believe that education is the key to success, and have set high standards for our agents to follow. Our agents are not only required to meet state licensing and continuing education requirements, but also to complete a total of 12 hours of education each calendar year. This doubles the State of Utah's requirements! We have also established The Franklin Group Learning Institute, which provides specialized training and mentoring to our Real Estate Agents. Any additional advertising and/or promotions such as yard signs, open houses, and virtual tours will be customized to your needs by your agent. Just as no two homes are alike, neither are the marketing strategies to sell them.

Buying
Our agents have access to the entire Multiple Listing Service, which lists properties not only in Utah, but also in many adjoining states. Many listings on the MLS also have virtual tours which allow you to preview properties with the features and amenities that you are looking for.
